We are rapidly expanding and we’re searching for a top-notch candidate for the brand-new position, Business Development and Joint Venture Manager.

Our “Unsinkable” brand offers online programs, webinars, books, an online “Life” School, products, events, and an Unsinkable feature film (nominated for many awards around the globe)!

This is a virtual position (working from home). You’ll be working with a top-notch heart-centered global virtual team.

During our big “launch” events (and busy seasons), overtime hours will be required.

This is a new position within the company, and you’ll be working directly with the executive team (and our joint venture team). 

What you will do:

• Actively research and find new business opportunities, joint venture partnerships, sponsors, and media buyers for the purpose of expanding our Unsinkable brand and products.
• Continue to build and maintain strong relationships with our existing partners, respond to their inquiries in a quick manner, and help them with promotional planning and strategies to ensure their success.
• Meet monthly online traffic and sales quotas.
• Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and keep track of all upcoming partner launches.
• Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement effective revenue and traffic strategies.
• Create monthly status/sales reports.
• Stay informed about online industry regulations and ensure that all joint venture partners, sponsors, and media buying activities comply with legal requirements.
• Report to the Director of Operations (and/or CEO) and provide assistance with various ongoing projects when needed.

• You are a heart-centered person who loves to help people.
• You have extensive experience in sales and Joint Venture partnerships (preferably in the online business world).
• You have a proven track record of building successful new Joint Venture partnerships, sponsorship deals, media buying, and working with big affiliate online launches.
• You are not afraid of cold calling, have strong sales and networking skills, as well as excellent oral communication skills.
• You have superior organization skills and are meticulous with attention to detail, creating reports, and meeting deadlines.
• You are very well versed in technology and enjoy learning new systems.
• You are a great problem solver.
• You enjoy taking on new projects and new challenges.
• Your background shows that you possess an ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast paced and high-volume environment while maintaining your calm.
• You are okay with working overtime hours (when required) and the occasional weekend.
• You don’t get flustered easily. Your family members and friends describe you as cheerful, easy-going, intelligent, sincere, compassionate, honest, hard working and 100% reliable.

• You have experience with the Keap CRM and affiliate software.
• You have experience with the Maropost software.
