Customer Care Representative

We are excited to announce that we are hiring! Lead Out Loud Inc. is a company founded by #1 bestselling author and “bounce back” expert, Sonia Ricotti. We are rapidly expanding and we’re searching for a top-notch candidate for the position of Customer Care Representative.

We are a “mission” driven, heart-centered, “personal transformation” company that helps people around the globe bounce back from difficult times and achieve boundless success in all areas of their lives.

Our “Unsinkable” brand offers online programs, webinars, books, an online “Life” School, products, events, and of course, we’ve even released a feature film!

We are hiring for both part-time and full-time position (for days, evenings and weekends).

This is a virtual position (working from home). You’ll be working with a top-notch heart-centered global virtual team.

  • You are comfortable working in a fast paced and high intensity environment and can remain calm and peaceful through it all. You don’t get flustered easily

  • You have experience with Maropost
  • You have experience with Zendesk
  • You have experience as a Life Coach
  • You have experience using Skype
  • You are proficient using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

  • You are high-maintenance and need constant supervision
  • You get defensive, argumentative and blame others for problems
  • You get flustered with new tasks (especially when it comes to new technology)
