Our “Unsinkable” brand offers many online programs, webinars, books, memberships, products, and we’ve even released an inspirational “Unsinkable” feature film.

This is a virtual position (working from home) with a phenomenal heart-centered team located around the world (U.S., Canada, Philippines, Europe, etc.).

You must have reliable high-speed internet and available during regular North American business hours.

During our big “launch” events (January/February and August), overtime hours will be required.

This position is for an individual that has extensive experience in the “online” business world.

What you will do:

• Oversee all departments in the business (Customer Support, Tech, Traffic, Joint Venture Partnerships, etc.), making sure that they are all running smoothly (and working closely with each department head).
• Overseeing “Quality Control” in each area of the business.
• Assist with the development of better systems for the company.
• Track weekly and monthly financial reports and discuss with CEO.
• Report directly to the CEO and assist with various ongoing projects when needed.

• You have solid background experience in the digital online marketing industry. References required.
• You have successfully managed teams in the past.
• You are a heart-centered individual who loves making a difference and leading and motivating teams.
• You have phenomenal project management skills and leading several teams and projects at once.
• You have superior organization skills and meticulous attention to detail
• You embrace technology with open arms, and you enjoy learning new systems (and you pick it up quickly).
• You are a great problem solver.
• You enjoy taking on new projects and new challenges
• You can multi-task and work on many projects and manage many teams at once
• You are comfortable working in a fast paced and high-intensity environment and can remain calm and peaceful through it all.
• You are okay with working overtime hours (when required) and the occasional weekend.

• You have a strong knowledge of Maropost.
• You have a strong knowledge of Infusionsoft/Keap CRM.
• You have extensive knowledge of email deliverability best practices and experience in a variety of tools like Google postmaster, email reputation, and blacklist services.
• You have extensive experience with webinar tools such as Zoom, Everwebinar, etc.
• You have experience with FB Ads Manager and Google AdWords.
• You have experience with FTC & CAN-SPAM marketing and email law.
• You have experience with merchant processing.
• You have experience with Shopify.
• You have experience with Zendesk.
