Our “Unsinkable” brand offers many online programs, webinars, books, memberships, products, and we’ve even released an inspirational feature film.

This is a virtual position (working from home) and leading a phenomenal heart-centered team located around the world (U.S., Canada, Philippines, etc.).

You must have reliable high-speed internet and available during regular North American business hours.

During our big “launch” events (and busy seasons), overtime hours will be required.

If you’re a senior Graphic Designer with extensive online design experience, we’d love to hear from you.

What you will do:

• Assist with maintaining and creating creative designs for our websites and social media channels
• Design new web pages and create webpage templates for the company’s various products
• Produce feature images, CTAs, contributor image editing, etc. alongside the CEO and Head of Marketing, for use on the Unsinkable and associated programs and brands
• Create and maintain the production of graphics (illustrating and sourcing creatives, designing, editing, optimizing, etc.) for the Unsinkable and associated products and brands
• Submit new ideas for increasing the value of all marketing-related Unsinkable visual assets in regards to watching what other companies are utilizing, what’s working now in our space, and how products can look their best on our websites and social media channels
• Assist with the development of video content
• Report to the Director of Operations (or CEO) and provide assistance with various ongoing projects when needed

• You have a solid background experience in digital marketing, and social media marketing. References required
• You have designed many online “optin” pages, sales pages and websites
• You understand online marketing and are able to design high-converting pages
• You have strong knowledge of the Adobe CC Suite
• You have extensive graphic design experience
• You are highly creative
• You have extensive web design experience
• You have superior organization skills and are meticulous with attention to detail
• Your background shows that you possess an ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast paced and high-volume environment while maintaining your calm
• You are okay with working overtime hours (when required) and the occasional weekend
• You don’t get flustered easily. Your family members and friends describe you as cheerful, easy-going, intelligent, sincere, compassionate, honest, hard working and 100% reliable

• You have experience with designing online funnels
• You have experience with mobile first design
• You have experience editing videos for online use in ads and social media

• You get stressed easily
• You get flustered with new tasks (especially when it comes to new technology)
• You have difficulty working in a fast-paced environment and dealing with last-minute changes
