Our “Unsinkable” brand offers online programs, webinars, books, an online “Life” School, products, events, and of course, we’ve even released a feature film!

This is a virtual position (working from home). You’ll be working with a top-notch heart-centered global virtual team.

During our big “launch” events (and busy seasons), overtime hours will be required.

What you will do:

• Plan and implement the latest comprehensive lead generation and customer acquisition strategies to build awareness and drive sales
• Plan and implement promotional calendar campaigns for launch of new product lines, existing products, branding initiatives, etc.
• Oversee the operation of company’s website(s)
• Monitor all campaign progress and report on performance
• Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing content including graphics, video, and copy
• Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movements
• Report to the Director of Operations (and/or CEO) and provide assistance with various ongoing projects when needed

• You have extensive experience in digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing. References required
• You have a proven track record of running successful online marketing campaigns and big affiliate launches
• You have strong copywriting and oral communication skills
• You have superior organization skills and are meticulous with attention to detail
• You are very well versed in technology and enjoy learning new systems.
• You are a great problem solver
• You enjoy taking on new projects and new challenges
• Your background shows that you possess an ability to manage multiple priorities (and teams) within a fast paced and high-volume environment while maintaining your calm
• You are okay with working overtime hours (when required) and the occasional weekend
• You don’t get flustered easily. Your family members and friends describe you as cheerful, easy-going, intelligent, sincere, compassionate, honest, hard working and 100% reliable
